Failed to start monitoring in android-Solution

Hope this will help....:)

Simply follow these steps:

1. Go to DDMS Prespective.
2. Find Device and see message of device offline.
3. Find Screen Capture and in right side -> see downward arrow
4. Choose arrow and reset adb.
5. Problem Solved and enjoy......
